연령 친화적인 도서관
우리는 8개의 각 지역 도서관과 모바일 도서관 서비스 각각에 대해 고령자 친화적 상태를 달성하기 위해 노력해 왔습니다.
각 도서관 분관은 직원을 노령 친화적 챔피언으로 지명했습니다. 이 고령자 친화적 챔피언은 교육을 이수하고 지역 사회 구성원과 함께 설문 조사를 실시하여 도서관이 노인과 도서관을 연결하는 방법을 개선하기 위해 수행할 수 있는 세 가지 조치를 식별했습니다.
지난 몇 달 동안 도서관 직원은 다음과 같은 변화를 가져오기 위해 열심히 노력했습니다.
- Urlingford & Castlecomer 도서관 외부의 노인 친화적인 주차 공간.
- 도서관에서 사용할 수 있는 돋보기/확대 시트
- Graiguenamanagh 및 시립 도서관의 노령 친화적 트롤리
- 꽃꽂이, 창작 글쓰기, 미술 수업 등과 같은 연령 친화적인 프로그램
Bealtaine 2024년 XNUMX월
킬케니 카운티 도서관 서비스는 이번 5월에도 Bealtaine에 참여하게 된 것을 기쁘게 생각합니다. 빌테인(Bealtaine)은 나이가 들수록 예술과 창의성을 기념하는 아일랜드의 국가 축제입니다.

Poetry workshop with Tina Hunt - Tuesday 14th May 6pm
Join Tina Hunt for a poetry writing workshop at Graiguenamanagh Library.
The intention of the workshop is to encourage creativity through the writing of poetry. Participants can be new to writing or more experienced; the session is set up to consider both.
During this workshop Tina will discuss various types of poetry and using props to get started with the writing process.

매직 테이블
Magic Table은 테이블에 투영되는 일련의 대화형 게임으로 구성됩니다. 게임은 사회적, 인지적, 신체적 자극을 장려하기 위해 플레이어 사이에 추억을 불러일으키려는 의도로 만들어졌습니다. 가벼운 시뮬레이션으로 게임이 테이블에 투영되며 정원 가꾸기, 낚시, 풍선 터뜨리기가 포함됩니다. 라이트 게임은 플레이어가 플레이어에게 손을 내밀도록 권장하고 라이트는 이후에 손과 팔의 움직임에 반응합니다.
Magic Table에는 자폐증이 있는 사람들을 위한 게임도 포함되어 있으며, 이러한 게임은 보다 직접적인 교육적인 것으로 설명됩니다.
Loughboy Library는 Kilkenny에 처음으로 설치된 Magic Table의 본거지이며 Castlecomer 및 Graiguenamanagh Libraries는 사용자가 사용 혜택을 받을 수 있는 일정 기간 동안 외부 기관에 대여할 수 있는 휴대용 테이블을 호스팅합니다.
